I didn't get a lot done today - or yesterday. It's odd because normally I can't type fast enough when I'm flying towards the end of a piece. Part of it is the fact that I've had football games/practices every night for the last few nights (and tonight, too) and it's exhausting. But I have the rest of the book outlined so I just need to put it to paper. My goal is still to get it done by the end of the week, which means that I'm going to have to devote most of tomorrow to writing. Friday I'll have the morning and Saturday too (maybe) before we head to winefest in BadDurkheim.

In other news, I'm getting ready to make a character board for the Annabel Lee book. I have a couple of the characters pinned down and I have names for most everyone else. The rest will come when I get a moment to breathe. Oh and I finally figured out what song it was that arrowed my thoughts - Holdin' On by Bullets & Octane. Don't ask me how that got me thinking of Annabel Lee ... my mind is a crazy place.

I'm also in the process of rereading The Vampire Diaries by L.J. Smith. As suspected, I did not hallucinate the differences between it and the show and it has just cemented the fact that I will not be watching that show in the future.
I did finally get a copy of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass and I'm pretty pumped to finally read it.
