from the nothing-but-timely full-coloured newsletter slipped through the front gate some time yesterday, it seems like our area is going to get a mega retail warehouse complex in end-2006 with ikea, courts and giant being the anchor tenants and having mega-stores on site. behold, the US factory outlet / mega-mart shopping experience comes to singapore, and right at my doorstep too! also, promise of a sports complex ... i love election-time.
