Bright Side of Life - May
This was a really good week.
• B defended her Thesis
• I got my job offer
• B was awarded a $1k scholarship at the Appreciation Dinner last night. It will cover her tuition and printing & binding the multiple copies that she must provide of her completed thesis.
• We are going out to dinner to celebrate tonight! Now I just have to figure out where...
Also funny/weird things happened in town. The least of which being that we are having a frigid rainy cold day. They say it may very well snow. Brrrrrr..... And last Friday it was 90.
Hufflepuff fans, we may be the Badger state, but not very many people have seen one in the wild. But this week a badger wandered into a maintenance building of the main Post Office downtown. Caveat is that the Post Office grounds back against a river and associated green spaces.
