About Time for an Update.
This is for those people who don't really know what's going on in my life at the moment, which is probably very few of you since I call most of you more frequently than is generally considered sane. But if you don't here's the SitRep:
I am a holdover. This means I am scum. I didn't have my medical records on me when the RIs (ranger instructors) came over to airborne school to pick the RIPees (thats me) up, so I am still at airborne school with no responsibilities (hence I can get on the internet at 2:15 PM from the internet terminals at Pizza Hut near the PX). Life as a holdover sucks. I do NOTHING all day except sit on a couch in the day room (aka break room), read my book, and try not to listen to the inane babbling of MTV (the TV channel, I know how the Army has a hard on for acronyms so I tr to explain each one and make sure I don't mean Motorized Transportation Vehicle). As you may or may not know, I will be involved on a detail with a demonstration for the president. Basically, I hold open some parachute risers so they can drop Pfc. Juarez off the 250 ft. tower (There will be many pictres of the towers once I get my cameras developed, just stay tuned). I also have a four day weekend coming up and hopefully be going down to Gainsville to see my step sister. I just need to get a hold of her to make sure this is a viable plan. This is my life as Pvt. Red Phister. Out.
P.S. Drew. I got your message and want you to know I pray as much as an avowed Atheist can for you everyday. I love you dude.
