Yeah, I'm at that point in Still Waters 3 where I have to write about the inevitable Mahora Festival. I'm hoping to avoid stretching it out ridiculously, but with roughly 100-something characters to keep track of, I can tell already I'll have to plot it all out before hand, so I don't have someone who's at an art gallery on one end of the campus talk to Negi on the other end at the same time.
Now, NOW do you realize why Akamatsu did the time travel thing?!?!
:p
And don't worry, no one will have to read about the individual ongoing adventures of 100-odd people. You'll just have to read about the ongoing adventures of thirty separate three-person groups ;D
Just kidding, some of the groups have fewer than three members :D
Again, just kidding :p That whole 100 people thing is just all the characters lumped in together, and it's really more like eighty, when you include the teachers and random named characters, a good chunk of whom most likely won't even show up at all :p

But seriously, there are four or five scheduled events per festival day I'm planning on writing a few paragraphs on, just to further develop the new class's personalities, and then we get to the fun, unsanctioned stuff like attempted muggings and arguments and sniper attacks and whatnot. Should be good. Mana gets a bit of time in the limelight on the second day, and that should be fun. Also, we're introduced to Misa's big sister, and the return of the yakuza. Should be exciting.
Man, this is fun.
