The Top Ten Gifts I Received This Christmas So Far
10) My aunt got me a very expensive iTunes gift card. I also got an iPod, which was my dad's big gift for me. Unfortunately, I already have one, so we may try to return it for an iTouch or something.
9) A new robe, it's so comfy, I'm wearing it all day.
8) The Art of Bone by Jeff Smith. It's renewing my passion for cartooning. I also got another Fone Bone plushie that I will convert into Phoney Bone.
7) From my Inc Secret Santa, I got a huge hardcover version of Don Quixote. It has original illustrations and everything, it's quite impressive.
6) Super Mario Galaxy. Time to set up the Wii.
5) The Exploding Detective and The Time Machine Did It by John Schwartzwelder. He wrote some of the best Simpsons episodes, so I expect great things from his books. This was one of my surprise gifts (something I mentioned earlier in the year, and had forgotten about come Christmas). I also got The Simpsons Handbook which teaches one how to draw the Simpsons way.
4) Chipotle gift card. Come on!
3) The Arrival by Shaun Tan. It's a graphic novel that is told only in pictures. It looks like it's drawn in the style of Jumanji. There is a creepy/cute little white creature on the cover, I'm looking forward to reading it.
2) My mom got a professional waffle maker. It's not my gift, but it's so cool.
In the breakfast category, I got Lemon Lift tea and Bee Movie-flavored honey. I exeperienced this flavor for the first time this year, and I'm glad I got it.
1) My Secret Santa gift from my dorm was from my new very good friend Allie. She has red hair, which is only one of the great things about her. She got me my very first scarf and she made a Cubone keychain out of Shrinkydinks.
