First Day of Classes
Creative Writing was fun. There's a couple of people I know in it, so that's cool. We'll be doing a lot of critiquing others' stories, so it may be a little scary.
Literature also seems like a lot of fun. Tess and Zach are in that class (AND THEY'D BOTH BETTER STAY). We'll be watching Stranger Than Fiction in that class. This is basically the movie that made me want to be an English major, so that should be cool. (On a side note, there's a girl in my dorm who often compares me to Will Ferrel's character of that film.)
I'm looking forward to tomorrow's classes.
Side note: I was reading some of you guys' journals and it reminded me of this girl on my floor who is quite excited to be back, and whenever she gets the chance, she states, "I love you guys." She, as well as many of the other sophomores on my floor, seems like my sibling. I feel as if these people I live with are so close to me. Having never had a brother or sister, I've never felt that kind of connection. So I just want to show you that college isn't as bad as some people make it out to be.
