I'm unfamiliar with this "Seventh Fonon," but a healer who uses tools to attempt to repair the body is invaluable among fools who use tools to break it. More standard healing times, then, will be expected.

Yes, that's correct. Unless someone else on board this vessel is familiar with another method of healing, of course. I haven't met all of them so I really couldn't say.
