Why can't we have a worldwide law that the next of kin of every identified suicide bomber have all their assets and savings stripped, which would then be distributed to the victims and their relatives.
Maybe this might make the terrorists wonder if it is worth it. Also, relatives with any suspicions about family members might keep closer tabs on them, even if it means going to the authorities.
