(no subject)
My estimated due date is less than a month from today’s date. I found a midwife last minute, which took me a long time considering how close to the end we are. We’re officially having a home birth at our new apartment that looks like and feels like a small house and home. I had some horrible issues to deal with financially the last few days, but everything worked itself out, and I didn’t have to stress (too much). We had to pay a deposit, first months rent, and another month’s rent for the old place because of bullshit technicalities overriding other technicalities and pay off the midwife all in two week’s period of time, so we kissed away slightly over $7,000.00. We thought we would have a cushion when the baby came. I am actually more relaxed considering everything. Being pregnant has taught me how to relax and it feels great to be aware myself. I feel healthier than I may look, and I am certainly happy.
They say the baby will move less now, but still haven’t had a break in that department. My midwives estimated the baby is 6.5 lbs now. It is hard to fathom that much baby in me even at this stage and seeing in pictures and mirrors that a baby that size could definitely fit in there.

A few more weeks (or not)...
