Best Dinner for One

I stepped through the front door exhausted, parched, and hungry. My husband was freshly showered, throwing on clothes. Awm. What a sweetheart. I know it must be hard to have your days divided up so you don't see much of him but it is so sweet that he still finds ways to take care of you.

Also, my mother recently told me that air conditioners in commercial buildings are usually designed only to work up to 90F because it rarely gets over that and thus, they fail during the hotest days. I can't understand the logic behind it unless it takes exponential energy to cool air over 90F.

You and Zach should give each other a hug from me.

I dislike the office staff at our apartment complex. It took me going over them, performing circus tricks, and making over five calls (after those made to the office staff on site) to get people in to fix our air conditioner (2 months time period). I had to kind of step out of line a bit to get us some attention. It has been well over 90 degrees several days, and the hottest days are the only days I really need air. I have a turbo fan for the other days.

Our apartment remained over 80 degrees throughout the night even when outside was nice and cool for the past several days, so the a/c is very needed.
