I didn't think this would be my first post after a long hiatus...but,

Does anyone have a clue about what happened to "that Amos Boy, Seth?" We know Sis killed Andy and her sister-in-law and that they hung the brother for Andy's murder. But, did Sis let Seth get away?

Personally, I find it very hard to believe that brother was hung that fast, unless he was lynched, and the only reason I can think of for that is that everybody wanted more action with the sister-in-law.

And why did the lights go out for a hanging? Was it a lynching? I used to think that they used the electric chair (which would cause the power outage), but she explicitly says that "they hung my brother".
