Sleep isn't going to come easily now. I doubt it'll come at all this night. How frustrating, I had to deal with this so long ago. I thought I was done with this and he would never come after me again. Now he's come back and he's furious. What's more, he's threatening complete strangers, people I've promised to protect.
Kuronoe, don't waste anything on him. If anything, you should rest. I'm sure Ayame still has you wary...but I do believe the snake's warmed up to you in some way. I'll stay up just to make sure we don't have any interruptions.
I do not show fear. I will not fear this man. I have killed him before and I can certainly kill him again. He will be dead in a matter of minutes. Minutes. These are innocent lives; I will not allow harm to come to them!
This is not fear. This is...anxiety.
