Latest episode thoughts: The Ties that Bind

Just finished watching the streamed version. As I watched, I typed :) This is what I got:
THIS EPISODE IS AWESOME!!!
Cally is so screwed up. I didn't expect to see her like this. Out of all the characters, she has changed the most in this episode.
OH MY FRAKKIN'..... Adama is reading to Roslin ::sighs:: As soon as her head hit that pillow, I just KNEW he'd be at her side ::sighs some more:: Ooooo, and just listen to what he's reading to her. It's so sad but yeah, sounds like there's somethink between them. Just like that song he sang on New Caprica, the words are specifically chosen to mean something to her.
The meeting with the press is brilliant. It's obvious that Laura Roslin hasn't totally forgiven Apollo. I think that might come back to bite her. He's the sort who will feel pushed into being mean.
Oooo, she knows Adama let Kara go in the Demetrius. :) Is it me or have Roslin/Adama become totally separate people to Laura/Bill? Roslin and Adama have some big issues with their relationship. She is often angry with him, he often gives her reason to be angry and vice versa. A bit of a power struggle going on. I do love that they both recognise that she is going to have to cover for him. They seem to be in a bit of a struggle. Then there's Bill and Laura who are closer than ever. Interesting. Perhaps this is what they meant when they said that their relationship woud become intereresting. They have become two separate couples. One isn't doing so well, their public selves with the titles and everything, while their personal relationship is doing better. It seems like a conscious choice. As if they KNOW they're going to butt heads more than ever at work, so they are living two lives.

LOL! Laura won't see Lee. Perhaps she's not dealing with him as well as she could.

'Laura and your father'...Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!! I think even Zarek notices that Laura is VERY different to President Roslin. And Bill is totally different to the Admiral.
Zarek doesn't like formal titles, does he? He's calling her Laura left right and centre.

Zarek is the mysterious type again!!! What is going on here? It's all cryptic. I know that there's more to what he's saying that what he is actually saying. There's meaning behind his words that I don't get yet. I'm going to have to think about this.
LOL! Is Cally the Final Cylon? She hasn't slept since the Ionian Nebula and she thinks she's going crazy. Yeah, the pills are blocking her realisation that she is a Cylon.

Okay, it's been too long since a Roslin/Adama or rather a Laura/Bill scene. It's strange having to distinguish between the two, but Roslin/Adama are a totally separate couple to Laura/Bill
LOL! I'm loving the Cylon scenes. He is TOTALLY playing the Six's. I don't know what he's planning, but I get the impression he's going to try and wipe out the girls in the Cylon fleet (except the one he's frakking)

Laura is REALLY enjoying this. Does she seem a bit unstable to anyone else? Why is she laughing in the middle of a meeting, laughing with TORY? What is with her?
Is Lee about to defend Laura? She looks ill? I'd enjoy this scene more if the stream wasn't jumping.
'You and Admiral Adama are naturally exploring all possible routes to Earth' Yeah, anyone else feel like that was code for 'you and my father are closer than ever, we all know it'
Oh Frak, Laura, why the FRAK did you just reject Lee's help, he could still be your Apollo...now he's probably going to get mean. He doesn't deal well with rejection!
Oh no. Lee has turned against Laura now.

Laura's been keeping secrets. Now she's having to cover.
He just stabbed her in the back again. Ooooops. She's gonna be more than a little annoyed at that.
I can't wait to download this episode and watch it PROPERLY! Properly!!!!
And back to Cally, she is SO frakked up right now.
Yeah, everyone is going to think she committed suicide after this.
And here it comes, Cally, you're about to find out your husband is a Cylon. Oh noes.
Okay, tell me this, why is it that the episode freezes, but the frakking commercials play without a problem? HUH?!
Yeah, I saw that coming. Tory is badass. Gonna kill Cally.
OH NO! Even though I knew it was coming, that was traumatic. Frozen Cally was traumatic and angsty. Bets on that she's the final Cylon? Yeah, I think so. Or she's going to come back somehow.
So, every week I enjoy the episode...but every week I'm left a little dissapointed that there wasn't more A/R. They're giving us snippets every week, which would have been fine before but this is the FINAL season. This is our last chance for our OTP's to get together and have scenes together. We don't have time to mess around now, we need some OTP scenes. Whatever your OTP, I think you'll have to agree that as this is the final season, we each deserve either a full episode of our OTP pairings or more OTP scenes per episode. I think it would help if I could wait just to watch the episode and not the streaming version because the streaming version is ALWAYS freezing at the worst possible moments.
