I might be wrong because I'm not sure if those are the exact words, but didn't the scriptures say that the dying leader would never see Earth? Kara has seen Earth. So how could she be the dying leader?

2. 'I pulled the trigger and I'd do it again' What the frak has changed about Laura Roslin? In the past she has shunned guns, couldn't even hold one, but now she talks as if she's an old hand at using them.

Yeah, I wrote something in the AR community about that because I didn't really understand how she went from not wanting to pick up a gun to kill a Cylon to save her own ass to shooting at Kara.
Sure, Laura went through a lot during the last 3 years and I DO see her picking up a gun to defend herself or to shoot a Cylon. But Kara? Although I have to admit that after reading the comments to my entry it doesn't bother me that much anymore. After all people are right when they say that Laura is on drugs from her cancer treatment and such.
That still doesn't mean I like that scene.
