I would not kill you for being a gay republican. I love Patrick Howel. But i will say that i dont kno what gay american in thier right mind would support bush in ANY way. So what Kerry's plan wasnt perfectly outlined, typed, and double spaced. Bush's plan CLEARLY places a laser sight on your rights. But whatever. And so what the people voted? There is a reason taht we live in a constitutional democracy. The rights of the MINORITY are protected from the MAJORITY, who in this case, are a bunch of scared, uninformed,losers.

And if i am fighting for something,it IS a just cause. I dont give a rats ass what half the country thinks. If the majority defined a "just cause", we wouldnt have change. Slavery, the labor movement, The women's movement, civil rights, abortion rights, All out of the window. Whatever.
And yes, i am going to fight because i think im right. Period. What point are you trying to make? If i didnt fight for what i thought was right, i couldnt respect myself because i would just be some spineless pussy.

and as for being pissy b/c bush won...this is our livelihood that we are talking about here. Kerry wouldnt have tried to pass a federal amendment restricting my rights as a gay american. Bush has, and will continue to push it.

Maybe you are the one who should reevaluate your stance. Do you care about your rights? Your future? or is whatever ok?
