Oh, wow, that was great praise! Thank you, hon. No, the character only appeared in about four episodes, and the only back story we got was his age and the fact that Made Eric. Everything else was me indulging in my Scots-Gaelic for the first time ever and milking the immortal!Kid Vampire angle. You can see Godric's scenes on youtube, and I can recommend the best quality versions for you, and I highly encourage you to do so. The actors for both Godric and Eric did astonishing work, and you'll be able to get the full effect of that kid's ancient eyes and his Celtic tattoos.
(I maintain that Godric was a Pict, even though fanon seems to be leaning towards Roman.)
Anyway, thanks so much for reading and leaving me such heart-warming feedback! The show is damn good, but most of the story lines aren't up to the same caliber as this one was. The acting is always superb, though, even if most of the characters make my teeth hurt more often than not. Although, that's true of most RL people, so maybe I shouldn't totally be surprised. :)
