Something Else That Will Likely Never Be Written But Should
So, okay, Downton Abbey has grown on me. And, yeah, I'm shallow, so I loves me some pretteh Mary and some pretteh Thomas (but not together in any way--ewwww).
But, talking about pretteh. . .
New idea that someone out there should do because I know I'll never get around to it: Downton Abbey/Kings crossover, where Lord and Lady Grantham and Downton Abbey play host to visiting royalty from Gilboa, specifically Prince Jack Benjamin (a.k.a. Sebastian Stan). Mary and Jack get on like a house on fire because they're almost the male and female version of the same person, and maybe Jack needs a valet, and who do we know in the household who'd love to get his hands on such a fine specimen? Why, Thomas, of course! Only, boy, is our scheming footman/valet in for a surprise when he tries to subtly seduce a man already skilled at subtly seducing other men on the hush-hush.
