who wants to meet me for hula-hooping on sunday?
four teen (ok, one preteen) girls were in my kitchen until midnight last night making marble cake with vanilla frosting and sprinkles on top. by 2am the house was finally silent (enough) for me to fall asleep.
so far today has been filled with girls in jammies watching TV (ghosthunters and hairspray) and eating cereal. and more cake. tonight is the kennedy carnival.
sunday we'll be at dolores park in s.f. for the free hoop jam with bay area hoopers. after following cholula's adventures with hula hooping, i'm thinking about taking up hooping for fun and exercise and this seems like a fun way to check it out. wanna meet up? please say yes...i'm craving adult company (she says, while talking about hula hooping).
