BART officer resigns
well, this is an interesting development which, according to the BART spokesperson i just saw on CBS news, prevents BART from being able to compel this guy into making a statement. wtf?
i hope the DAs office moves quickly to get this guy. if he won't come forward, they need to ARREST HIM like they would any other crime suspect.
