Pain Management Complaint
Kentuckiana Pain Specialists, Louisville, Ky. The worst time management and organizational office I've seen in my entire life. First time here waited over 2 1/2 hrs past appointment time and walked out. Several times I've waited close to two hours to be seen. New complaint for today though is when you check in and receive the paper work they don't say anything to you. 20 mins later they come out saying they need a urine sample. Are you kidding me? I've been here for a while, of course I already went! Then were told we should have asked first.
