If you have fark, you've already seen it. If not, it's a message regarding parking, door rules, etc, of a building located near the RNC. Includes a listing of street closings. The most interesting thing to me is the designated protest zone. Seems like a you know, restricted form of free assembly, which means it isn't free. I know that these have been around a while. Still, they manage to infuriate me. At least these seem to be reasonably close to the actual event. I don't know NYC at all, so it's probably like seventeen miles away, and just sounds close because it's only a few avenues off.

Oh well, I'm not sure I see the point of protesting anyway. Bush is totally impenetrable. Like mentally and emotionally. He even flicked off some guy in pennsylvania, according to some guy in pennsylvania. Check it check it out: http://www.livejournal.com/users/jiveturky/185733.html
Another one I've heard, this is anecdotal, is that at the RNC in 1992, a reporter asked W what he and HW talked about other than politics, and W's answer: "Pussy."

I have this feeling our country is headed in a wonderful direction. Maybe we'll be up there with China soon. Let's hope our activist courts don't interfere with progress.
