"They aren't Hollow Ones," a sleepy voice said, followed by a yawn. "They're just... different."
"Had a party last night? You look like you were up dancing and drinking your night away," a cheery voice. There is a laugh in the background.
"You could say that. He got himself high again," a third voice, amused.
"Let's not go off topic here." Stern. Strict. Control. "We have to know if these four will pose a threat to the balance that we've been trying to keep."
"You're such a worrywart. They're not troublemakers. At least, not the Nephandi type. And I'm sure they're not Marauders, either."
"I'm not so sure about one of them. He could be Marauder. He's... unpredictable."
"They're all unpredictable." A fourth voice. Contemplative. Calm. Serene. "But I don't think they'll cause too much trouble. Not for us, at least."
"The Union is after them, though. I want to help them."
"You've already been helping them."
"Oh. Oh yeah. I have, haven't I? It's pretty cool to have at least one of them to have a similar ability as mine."
"Maybe we could use this to our advantage."
"Perhaps. Perhaps we could use this to put them under our surveillance. I'm sure the Union has some sort of way to watch them."
"The Union has eyes and ears everywhere."
"Let's just watch them first. We'll figure out what to do with them after we've seen what they can do."
"If it's necessary."
"It is."
"Then it shall be so."
