ok folks...im facing somewhat a dilema here concerning a project and i need as much help as possible figuring out the next step....
heres the situation....
ive recently taken up a short film project 3 months ago and now have reached a critical stage in production....its an animated short film...theres 4 possible styles to use and i need help deciding on one.... before you reply please take in consederation a few things...there is a budget, there is a deadline, and i need non-biased opinions...
style 1: classic 2d animation pros: a unique style and approach can make it great without spending too much money
cons: waaaaay too time consuming seeing as i positively want to avoid flash if at all possible
style 2: 3d animation pros: will look fantastic
cons:the scale of time/money almost doesnt fit our budget either way.....almost...
style 3: green screen pros: am almost certain it will be the less time consuming of the 4
cons: cant afford actors AND green screen tech/editing
style 4:"scanner darly" style pros: thinks it will meet budgeting on all levels
cons: not really the feel im looking for....
any suggestions?
