Update.
Monday night, I bought a bottle of wine after work.
On Tuesday night, I had a huge craving for wine, so I went to open the bottle. I had forgotten that I had left my corkscrew in my bag after taking it to Jeremy's house once...and then took the same bag to the airport....and airport security took it away. Eh. I actually tried twice to cut through the stupid cork with a knife to get to the wine. Is this a sign of alcoholism? ;) Anyway, I took the corkscrew from my mom's house tonight & am finally enjoying some wine :)
Yesterday was a blur. We were so busy at work that I think I got something like 7 minutes to eat my lunch. Nice break for a 11 hour shift.
Scott brought Stoli in yesterday too. There is no evidence that the cancer has spread into her lungs, so that is awesome.
My research project that was due next week (yeah, the one I haven't even started yet) got pushed back! SO the new due date is December 3rd. Woohoo. I have the next three days off....and am going to be staying at a friends house in Ahwatukee with not a whole lot to do (hockey game on Saturday night!), so I swear I'm going to work on it this weekend.
The pictures that I took for my final photography class came out better than I hoped. I also asked Eric today if I could take photos of his uber rare car, and he is totally excited about it :) Maybe he will have time to do it on Saturday....

Oh, I got signed up for my classes next semester and got into the welding class! Pretty excited, but a little nervous about the welding class.
Oh yeah, Derri & I have been seriously talking about moving in together. I kinda miss having a room mate sometimes. Probably because I've been single for awhile and I miss being able to just hang out on the couch and watch a movie with someone. When Shelli & I lived together (mental note to return her phone call from 2 weeks ago!), it was nice because we would make dinner for eachother sometimes. If she worked late, or I had school late, we would come home to dinner. I kinda miss that. Derri & I have talked about that, and that would probably be hard for us. Derri eat the *same exact fucking thing* for lunch days a week. She is SUPER boring when it comes to food. She hates everything and lives on Healthy Choice chicken picata, cheese nips, cheese crisps and Slim Jims. She doesn't like spicy food at all (which is great when we go for Mexican because I get all the salsa) and really doesn't try a lot of new things. Oh, and maybe a garage for the Karmann Ghia????
Oh yeah. Vic was supposed to come for the weekend from Canada today. Haven't heard anything from him in a week. Of course, I've only opened MSN messenger once this week. So, I took tomorrow off for nothing. In a way, I'm glad he isn't coming. I didn't want to entertain someone that i barely know for the entire weekend....and I want to go to the hockey game with Derri on Saturday. On the other hand, it would be cool to go to a bunch of different bars & clubs with someone for the weekend....and have someone to stay in the big, empty Ahwatukee house with me.
Oh, yeah, and my phone seriously sucks. Sometimes it takes 3-5 tries for me to call someone. Qwest wireless bites.
And, I love Nemo.
