Since they'd been given the chance to have the place to themselves for the day, they'd decided to actually try watching a movie. One in English since Aya had insisted upon Ken improving his English skills. Watching a film would be a good way for him to try to learn more. Humming under his breath, he leaned himself closer to Aya, his fingers squeezing his hand.
"Are you sure I can con you about the language?"

He let himself in quietly and paused when he got close to the living room. They already looked comfortable; interrupting them would make him feel bad. For now, he decided to stand and watch.

Aya lifted a brow in Ken's direction before looking back at the screen. It seemed that he didn't intend to change it. Not when it was good for Ken to get used to dealing with the different language. He had to learn to speak int properly eventually.
"You are free to try but I doubt it will work."

It wasn't much of a protest though. That would have implied that he minded. On the other hand, he was sure that he could sense another person nearby and thought about turning his head to look. He even started. Though it probably seemed more like he was trying to escape rather than do something else.

"I forgot my reading glasses and had to come back," he explained flatly, deliberately hiding his other emotions. "I didn't mean to interrupt anything."

He hadn't expected to feel jealous of them simply cuddling, so Chloe was trying not to make a big deal of it. "I'll grab my glasses and leave to let you get back to the movie."
