disappointed
So, Friday night, late, other side of Atlanta, I find myself with a co-worker after an annoying call. We are both annoyed at the crap that went on with this call, having to replace the cable from the Dish to the modem.
Anyways, that is not why I am disappointed. He wanted to see Max Payne. So I said sure I would go see it with him. Well the movie felt "strong" at first. I thought it was building up to something. And that was it. The "few" action scenes in it were good, but not that exciting. Also, it felt like they set it up for the "sequel."
Mark did a good job as his the title character, but Mila Kunis (70's Show, Family Guy) was off and on as her character of Mona. While I never played the Max Payne Games, I was tempted to pick it up off Steam for the 8.99 price it has for it! But after seeing the movie.... not so much now.
I don't know. What do the rest of you think? Did any of you like it? And if so why?
