So, my lovely flist who has watched Series 6 in its entirety, I have a question for you.
During the last bit of the first half of Series 6, we find out that Amy is really a ganger (or something) and the Doctor dissolves her. Running theory at that time was that she had been abducted by the Silence (see awesome video a few posts below) during the first episode of the series (when they found a spacesuit and, again, see awesome video a few posts below). Now, Rory got angry just a bit, or maybe a bit more, and demanded to know where his wife was from the people who stole her. However, the Doctor had, previously, owned up to knowing that it wasn't Amy at all for many episodes and he just seemed to have forgotten this one, "little" detail. Ok, sure, Doctor.
Anyway, my question is did Rory ever blame the Doctor for forgetting about Amy and where she was or did it get brushed aside for the sake of the plot? Did Rory ever get any kind of retribution against the Doctor, an answer, or even call him out on it? If my partner was stolen and one of my friends, not to mention someone I trusted, knew and didn't tell me about it, I would have been pretty angry not just at the events, but also at him. Really.
So, any answers or is it as I feared and Moffat left that bit of character development/calling the Doctor on his bullshit out of the story completely?
...I should watch that video again. Week later and it's still hilarious.
