I've been planning a earthquake around here for a while... and am whole heartedly disappointed at the state of yesterdays tremble. Why? Because as one of the only people awake at that time of night(morning?) on a regular basis, I expected at least to fucking notice the ground was shaking. Thats right. I didn't even fucking notice at all... Apparently the 2700 block of Lexington is the safest place in the universe to be during seismic activity. There was seriously NO SIGN. One would expect, if a facade crumbled from a building, a grocery store would see at least a bottle of some rare balsamic vinegar splashed on the tile or a rack of bread to topple. Nope. Nothing.

I'm kinda pissed.
