HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MATE!!
[Inside is a muggle sketchpad, but it has been magically tampered with. The scenes/figures that are drawn on the sketchpad, once the artist decides s/he is finished drawing them, become animated. Attached is the following message.]

Okay, so this stuff is wicked. I've tried it out before. My dad brought it home one time from work. It was classified as a misused muggle artifact because someone tampered with it magically, but dad thought it was interesting, so he snatched it up years and years back. To use it you just draw like you normally would, but when you're done, you say Animatio, and whatever you draw moves like a photo or painting!
Don't tell anyone and don't worry, it's safe. I think he thought one of the lot of us might be blessed with some sort of artistic talent, but it's pretty much gone unused since I don't think any of us can draw specially well.
