Is it November yet? I don't know why I want it so much to be November. I think I just like the weather and the smells of the fall the most in November. Is that weird?
I can't wait for the leaves to change colors, to bust out the fleece jackets, to wear scarves, to wear boots. Everything. I just want it to be November. Or at least the end of October. No, definitely November. Because then everyone will be home soon and I miss you all a ton.
It's really weird not being at school. But, I'm starting to like being home. Because there's no college food and there's a free gym... aka my DVD's and we have weights in the basement, and somewhere quiet and comfortable to walk. but anyways... I've lost 15 pounds since camp :-) which is thoroughly exciting in my book. Of course, by my birthday there's an ending goal, and I hope to reach it... However, I think I might change it to Valentine's Day for a lower weight. I will not tell you that number. But I will keep an update as time goes by. I even have incentive jeans. And I WILL be in them on my birthday or at least by the time I have my party. Speaking of which...
I was thinking on January 7th (which is a Friday) of renting 2 rooms at a hotel (in Milford) and doing like a party there for my 21st with a bunch of people. Like, we could go out to dinner or go to the Blue Dog at Pinz before hand and then go to the hotel and have a party there. I thought it was an easy/good idea because then it's not directly on my birthday when a lot of people have parties and whatnot. And it would be like semi-dressy clothes. Kind of like club-wear type of thing. I don't know. It's a plan in the works lol.If you guys have any ideas then please throw them my way. And yes, there would be a fair amount of people invited. Not necessarily sleeping but drinking and partying and socializing and having a good time. Yes? Maybe? Lemme know what you think :-P
ummm I think that's it for now. It's not very exciting but it's something. Oh. I've been talking to this kid Shane who was a TA in my accounting class last year. He's 26 and graduated from Brown. He works at Hollister now because he's saving money to go to Law School. He wants to be a professional football player. Nothing exciting yet with him but we will see. More details another time :-)
love you and miss you all!! oh, david and sarah have said they want another baby when kara elizabeth is older, like 3 or so. so not now but it's still nice to know that they're thinking about it :-)
