If anyone knows me, they know of my love for Koalas
and in Australia, there has been a population explosion and all the koalas are destroying their own habitat
there is no food left because all the other cute little koalas eat it
so they are proposing to shoot 20,000 koalas so that the population doesn't starve itself to death.
and while, yes, keeping koalas from extinction is important, another item of importance is animal rights.
i feel so liberal right now *cry*
why is it the koala's fault that they like having sex with eachother?
if australian officials were so concerned with the danger of overpopulation, then perhaps they should have monitored their mating
