I made some new photos which have now ended up on Flickr.

Miss Sarah T. and I went apartment looking
we found a room for rent, a "spacious" garage.
now, when someone says spacious I think large. especially when a garage is in question.
E-mails are sent, and ultimately a phone call was made.
the first e-mail was about the rent, we must be gayfriendly, blahblahblah.
on the phone she would NOT understand that sarah and I were not a couple.

no, just friends.

but you're sharing a room?
yeah.
so. you're just really good friends?
yes.
on and on and on.
we find her house in lake worth,
not on the fun side of the highway, but the other, much dirtier side.
we eventualy find her house and what answers the door would most definately qualify for a lesbian.

she is thirty-three.
she gives us a tour of her house and her "spacious garage".
which is about the size of an elongated closet. no joke.
the starting price was 700 a month but since there would be two of us, she would have to raise is 200 for utilities, making it 900 a month . because god knows, I just walk around turning faucets on hot and leaving them on. you know, turning lights on and off. so 200 more for utilities is totally reasonable. especially for a tiny little nothing box room.
when we sat down to ask questions and whatnot she re-asked our ages and if we drink. Sarah said no and I said on occasion.

well bitch. If I'm paying you nine hundered exorbitant dollars a month I'll do as I please. this is my little mental aside.

I have nephews, so I know how teens are.
she is getting her phd in computers however, she does not have wifi.
which shouldn't be a problem right?
