things that make me feel stupid:
when my independent and dependent variables are in fact the same thing.
i chose these countries because EITHER they increased their government spending on health and education over a period of time, OR because they faced political opposition to reforms..... and then i forgot about the first criterion, and got really excited when all my cases had government spending increase as if in response to political opposition... silly stupid melody.
also when i set my alarm for 6 and sleep til 9. silly stupid melody.
