what do you do if you're choking and no one is around to save you?
this morning i piece of toast was lodged in my throat. i dont mean i sort of had a little piece of something in the wrong pipe. i couldnt breathe and there was no one to help me. i finally threw myself as hard as i could on the floor which somehow moved the food from my air pipe.
i am terrified.
