I stayed home sick from work today. I really don't like doing that, but I couldn't imagine getting out of bed this morning, let alone riding my bike to work, staying there all day, and then coming home. My body was exhausted and not remotely interested in that idea.

My housemate's dog is licking a hole in my wall. It's very cute.

I made miso soup with a bunch of greens and healthy-type good stuff in it. My stomach is all like, 'whoa!' about it. I also made my pattented 'cold totties'. Lemon, ginger, garlic, cayenne, oregano, honey. The name comes from the fact that they're good for colds. They are not actually cold. They also don't taste bad, although you'd think they might.

I thought that I might make a new Youtube video, but I can't pick a topic for the life of me. Anyone have any ideas?
