I've been thinking a lot about it, and I finally did it. I'm going friends-only. Maybe I'll change journals, but I doubt it. This is going to be my last public entry, besides for my final, OFFICAL statement of friends-only-ness.
So... in parting, I would like to say this to the public:
I really don't like you. That's why I'm doing this.

ps: I also did a big LJ-friends cut, removing double journals, and some people. If I removed you, it was because of one (or all, or a few) the following:
a.] i know you in real life and i don't think you belong in the exception.
b.] you don't comment often.
c.] i truly don't read your journal.
