Q: How long does your game take to load?
A. 5-8 minutes at first, 5 minutes to hood, a few minutes to house. That's for 2. For 3 it's two minutes at startup, 3-5 to town, a tiny bit to house.
Q: When making a Sim, what do you prefer adult male/adult female, teen male, teen female?
A. I mostly make YA/A women, but I'm hoping the Sims challenge will change that.
Q: How long does your Body Shop take to open?
A. Five to ten minutes.
Q: Do you make more Sims in CAS or in body shop?
A. BodyShop, always. CAS is sluggish! Unless you're talking about 3, but they did CAS better.
Q: Whats your favorite hair color to put on your sims?
A. I mostly like black, but whenever I make a pale sim, they're going to have red hair.
Q: How many babies have your Sims ever had from one set of parents?
A. 8, but I cheated and made a lot of the babies in CAS, so the parents really only had two. In Sims 3 my largest family had four but they were all vampires and I got disgruntled and deleted the family, since the world was so buggy.
Q: How often do you experience a glitch?
A. In 2, not very often. Most of it comes from defaults that do the same thing. I'm beginning to think that the way to a clean game is by defaulting my own clothing and rounding out the rest myself.
Q: Do you make your sims, straight/gay/bi/lesbian, very often?
A. If I were left to my own devices, I would have a completely lesbian hood. Most of the time I try to have a split. I think it's most apparent in my current Sims 3 family. One is a lesbian, one is straight, and one is uninterested in anything but work.
Q: Does your neighborhood have a theme?
A. My play ones do not. They're pretty general. After my game is ironed out and I get my new eyes, I'm going to start work on a hood for my story. I kind of want to do one for a Sims 3 story, but the story isn't progressing and I don't like the beginning.
Q: How many downloads do you have in your game?
A. 6.5GB. I don't think it would get much smaller unless I did it all over.
Q: Who is your favorite CC body shop creator (meaning: skins, eyes, hair, make-up etc.)?
A. Hm, Bruno makes my favorite makeup. Pooklet is really good as well. Hairs, I like anything Pookleted, and it's hard to say, because different hairs require different work. I think Pooklet and Pyxis are super talented in the skins department.
Q: Who is your favorite CC creator for build and buy?
A. Holy Simoly is my favorite. Hands down. I love everything they make.
Q: How often do you play the Sims?
A. Every other day right now. When I play WoW it goes down a lot. Bioshock 2 isn't taking me either.
Q: Do you watch Sims machinama?
A. I used to watch Adventures in Dating, but it's all not my thing.
Q: Do you read stories/comics made with the Sims?
A. Sometimes I read legacies. I haven't been stuck on them for awhile; I used to check a bunch every time, but now I just peek in, since I like to see what people's games are like. I also used to read Strangetown, Here We Come and Electorate.
Q: What expansion packs do you have?
A. I have all of the EPs. I have all the SPs, but not all installed, because some are so ugly.
Q: What are you views on building and decorating?
A. I use house plans to get an idea of what I want, but since I don't like cheating, I don't ever get a chance to make the large houses. I do better when I have to be hasty and build from scratch. Otherwise, I'm pretty lazy and prefer downloading homes.
Q: What is some body shop CC that you tend to over use?
A. Every sim must have lipstick and eyeshadow, even if it's the nude kind. I also allow myself as many skins and eyes of one set I can have, but it has to be one set.
Q: How often do you need to use “Familyfunds”?
A. I've stopped using cheats for my legacy. For my story, I might.
Q: Do you like doll Sims?
A. I wish I could replace my Servo with a Lily Allen sim, which is close to doll as I can say.
Q: Have you ever killed your Sim(s) for the fun of it?
A. Nope!
Q: How old are you? And When did you start playing?
A. I'm 21, and I started playing Sims Bustin' Out at 15, Sims 2 at 16/17.
Q: Do you ever base a Sims family after your own home life?
A. Yes, but they bore me and are never close to the real thing. (Also, my kingdom for an afro.)
