Hmm what's new? Student teaching is going good. I'm ready for it to be done though. Definitely have senioritis, lol. A good piece of news is that I am in the process of getting my science grade changed from last semester. It was a B (because he gave me a C on my final project) He gave me a C because he said I didn't turn in something. The piece of paper that he wrote that note on, was my lesson! He realized his mistake and supposedly turned in a grade change thing. Hopefully that shows up soon, and maybe it'll help my GPA a smidge ;)
Had a nice Valentines Day with Brian. It's been awhile since we've been together on the actual day. We had dinner over at the AST's house (soriority) with a couple of friends, then we just had a few drinks back at the house. I really like living near him, we've been even closer lately.
My little cousin Siena apparantely has this rash that is a genetic problem. She's going to have a rash for a year or so, then possible symptoms are vision problems, seizures, etc. YIKES! I hope none of those happen..she sure is a little cutie. My mom got to see her on the webcam today, and she's doin pretty good. Everyone's having babies lately, it's nuts! Makes me want one...lol. I guess I'll wait though, haha.
I'm teaching for an entire week at school, starting tomorrow. I have to teach for a whole week because my mid term evaluation by Mrs. Eddy is due this week. I've been doing really good on my university supervisor lessons.. She's been liking them, so that's good! This week is definitely going to be long!! Hopefully the kids don't drive me too nuts. We've got this incentive of a movie and popcorn on Friday, so I'm hoping that some kids behave better because of it.
Realllly sick of this cold/snowy weather though. Man it would be soooo nice for a snowday this week..or anytime soon! Can't wait to be livin in warmer weather :) I found out that I still hadn't received my substitute teaching permit yet. I thought it was because I wasn't getting paid that it didn't matter that I had that. Apparantely it does, and I have to pay the 45 dollars still. The money is slowly going down the tubes.. I can't wait to get my taxes straightened out so I can get that money! The Social security people have had my birthday on Jan 28 for the last couple of years, so I have to go down to their office to fix that. I've been trying to submit my taxes to turbotax, but that birthday thing was screwing it up..
