Summer 2007= the summer Julia (AKA the Doormat of the World) FINALLY grew a freaking backbone.
This school year is gonna be different. YEAH it is. This year I will NOT be pushed into the corner. I will NOT make myself as small as possible and hope no one notices me. I WILL talk in class; I will NOT be afraid to be a bitch about what I think is right; I will NOT feel like I have to pretend I approve of things I don't or disapprove of things I do.
More than anything else, I will NOT be afraid of people ever, ever again.
