Why does technology hate me so?

I think that out of the ten or twelve times I have sent my various computers in to be repaired, it has come back fixed correctly on the first try only twice. Is sending a computer in for repairs even worth my time any more? Do I just project a massive vortex of suck?

The really big question is how is it still possible for me to detect Indian accents coming from tech support when I'm using the online chat option?
