I'm so conflicted lately. I hate being conflicted, and it seems like it's all I ever am. I don't know how to make all the different parts of me make sense. I don't know what to do

Yeah, so I had this really great post ready to post and such..and my computer froze. Damn technology. Oh well, I have time to kill
I was once told that within two hours of getting up every morning, I would do something I didn't want to. For instance, this morning, I woke up. That in general was something that I didn't want to do. The point to this rambling is to demonstrate that no matter what, you will have to do things that you don't particuarly want to, but they are necessary. Otherwise, why are you doing them? You know this posting contest is a necessity for you: you want to be a writer, you want to keep in touch, you want a way to accomplish both feats. I guess sometimes you just have to figure out why you're doing something, and then you won't hate it as much. Its the annoying saying "look on the positive side" and is unfortunately true.
I have no idea what a zine is, but I'm sure that one day you will be able to complete it. If not, then its most definitely the thought and drive that counts.
I have a kitten; they aren't that great. They sit on your face when you sleep and bite your fingers and meow for food. And make you sneeze. Mr. Trouble Kitters does let me cuddle him and cry in his fur, but few kittens allow such nonsense.
My favorite party I've ever been to was a college girl's B-Day party and everyone was dressed up like fairies. Ok, so she had on a see-through slip and some of those lacy boy-cut underwears and a bustier, but not everyone (including me) was dressed that skimpy. It was fun--I highly recommend it.
Living vicariously in a necessity...without doing so, you'll never get to experience a lot of things: what do you thinks movies and books are for? Just don't forget that your life is sitting there, waiting to be exercised as well.
Speaking of exercise, I have dance in about 1 1/2 hours and i'm already ready for it. Major on time points.
Yeah...I realize I'm going to have to do things throughout my life that I wouldn't necessarily want to do if they weren't bringing about something that I did want. I guess the trick is to focus on why you're doing it, and not just do it because you have to. Because, I mean, I don't have to do anything. I don't have to get out of bed in the morning. I don't have to go to work. I don't have to post 300 words every day. But these are all things that will lead to things that will make me happy, and I have to remember that I'm choosing them and they're not being forced on me. Everything you do is a choice, and the sooner you realize that the better off you'll be. I just haven't quite gotten that through my head yet.
