ncor was fun. it was nice seeing a lot of kids that i haven't seen in forever, including all the infested kids, dc kids that i don't run into enough, danielle, adriane, mae, matt painter, and whomever else i'm forgetting due to lack of sleep. it was also nice meeting a bunch of new kids, and i'm very glad to know that fork-tongued josh is now a part of my life, in whatever way.
as always, i skipped most of my workshops and just talked to kids and looked at tables instead. i did find the sexism within activist communities workshop to be pretty challenging and well-done, just in the fact that it got myself, and probably others, to think a little more about gender within out daily lives, which is pretty important.
i'm also still pretty psyched about the soul veg cook who, after seeing the place crawling with punks, yelled 'damn you conscious rabble' while shaking his fist at us.
the two fights that occured were also pretty weird, but i'm too lazy to go into them. i'm sure cheyenne or thrash will cover them.
i think that about it covers it, although a lot more happened. maybe i'll write about it all later. i'm not feeling fully re-inspired yet, but i think i'm on the way back.
