- Relevant: Align with direction I want my life to take
- Time Bound: Deadlines!
Rule #3: Set Goals in Writing
- Use the word "will" (not "might" or "want to")
- Frame goal statement positively
- To-do list template should have goals printed at top
- Post goals in visible places
