Ahh today's been chore day.
Cleaned out my shitter, did the dishes and laundry. Now I'm at work and then there's homework. But no worries- it is, well was it is dark now, sunny out.
This lady calls the Lodge today and was the most annoying person ever to give directions to. She was on the right road, going in the right direction because it's a one way, and everything I said she interpretted the opposite. All she friggen had to do is go straight and we'll be on the left. I have really decided not to like her after she parks in front of her room, then a half hour later, gets into the car, drives to the other end of the parking lot to go swimming. This is no Meijer parking lot here. We're talking 50 feet at the most. "We're on the left side of the road, in about a half mile." "Ok the right side of the road." Over and over and over again.
Yesterday was a really bad car day. They were extra stinky and harrassing. One car actually swerved to hit me on my bike. No one was looking at anything they were supposed to. But the good news was that they weren't crossing the valley intersection at M St so for the third and consecutive day I got to wiz right through it and up the ensuing hill.
Justin is in Mexico. I'm jealous. He can just pick up and go. Not only does he not have the responsibility of things and school, somehow he has the money. Not only that, I feel like my huge burst of change/evolution in the fall has grown stagnant. I guess I'm not trying very hard lately to evolve though.
My boat neighbor Elliot is the most negative person on this planet. Sometimes it scares me a bit, like when he says he'd like to take his 45 and empty a clip into the PG&E plant for not getting his power back on fast enough. All he talks about is how great of a job sonogram techs are and how much he hates being an x-ray tech. Interspersed is more lovely stories about he he fucked up his life. Such as avoiding paying taxes for 13 years by repeatedly attending different schools (legal pro, x-ray tech, so on) and therefore moving his family around. This in turn led to his wife not moving here with him and his son. But he "doesn't want to give a cent to her" anyways. So I don't really see the problem there. Gambling and stocks. And basically how the world is out to get him by smashing in his car window and scratching the side of his boat during a storm. Every time I see him he asks me if I want a beer. I have always refused. Today he asked me to lunch. The funniest thing about Elliot is that while he has talked to Justin much more than me, he can never remember his name and calls him Jason or something.
While California sunshine is very wonderful and recieved with open arms, it makes it incredibly difficult to go to class. I don't know how I'm going to make it to May.
If anyone is considering reducing the animal products in their diet and has a craving for corn dogs, I suggest MorningStar brand, as I found them to be perfect imitations and very delicious.
I also suggest a short bike ride in the middle of the day for a quick burst of fresh air. Even in Michigan with the snow and ice. Ride in the middle of the road and give the peace sign to every car that gets pissy with you while screaming to fuck off and stop spewing gook onto this earth at the same time. Feel free to add in anti-Bush/Gas flags as well.
