just got back from wexford! oh the awsomeness of the irish countryside by the sea. HERE is where i wanna raise my babies. the sea rips and tears at a the stony coast, feilds of green a plenty. horses, sheep, these two gargantuan st bernhard that were soooo cuddly and filthy. when myself, kathy lanegan o'keefe, tom williams, brian roche and brian martin were sitting on the grassy knoll by the sea, that brian martin piped, "hey, who's up for streaking?" you know whats up. bear in mind the house is 15 min away from whre we were. make that 10 when two irishmen and 1 american girl come sprinting down the road full throttle, bearing nothing but our clothes in our arms, our sneaks on our feet, and our sanity somewhere on a knoll. we knocked on the door and the reply was, "hey there goes brian roche naked! and brian martin! and...o my god, pim's naked too!" aaah. the serene irish countryside was certaintly brightened by the whiteness (yeah i haven't seen the sun in AWHILE) of our bodies streaking by like flailing comets, leaving a blazoned trail of sox and underwear. it also bears mentioning that earlier that day we went swimming in the irish sea. yes it was cold. yes i was naked. yes i lost my bright green bra. actually i let it go, a testament to the serenity and beauty of the moment. and it was a really shitty bra. and the kiwi called. tee. amid the nakedness, alcohol, and laughter, i realized, that when i leave here it will not be a final good bye. it will instead a brief absence on my part. i have found true friends and peace on this insane wonderful shore. hopefully the sheep wont talk.
