Hi everybody! Yep, still around . . . just have been kind of caught up with stuff at work, and I guess I'm sort of in a pre-spring slump.
In minor news, I bought a new bed! Wheeeee!
It's a lovely bed, queen-sized and high like new beds tend to be. I need a stepstool to climb up into it, which is fun and makes me feel like a little kid.
And I have new bedding! It all matches!
It's a beautiful, antique gold satin bed-in-a-bag set that I found on clearance at Macy's for only seventy bucks, which was a total steal, so of course I snapped it up despite the fact that I hadn't paid the rent yet.
And... flannel sheets in cream with a leopard print that totally look like they were *designed* to go with the gold satin, believe it or not.
It's totally awesome and I feel so girly and feminine when I curl up in my new, fancy bed, dressed up in some of my pretty lingerie.
I'm sure I had more to say, but of course I am sleepy.
Off to hibernate some more . . . in my new, lovely bed.
