Dear Stupid Person:
If you only want the article in English, then just mark off the English-only box on the request form -- which, I might add, is the default setting. So why then did you feel the need to instead mark the box that says non-English is okay, only to add a comment in the Notes field that you required ENGLISH-ONLY?!?!!?
