i think the best thing that happened this month was our encounter with the lemurs at the zoo. they are absolutely fearless! (probably harmless as well)
The zookeepers allow them to roam freely in the rainforest enclosure. they were oblivious to our presence and even sat right beside us, stretching their backs and played with each other just 10cmish away from us, their soft tails even accidentally brushed past me. if you know meerkat manor you'd probably know lemur street as well. did i mention they even have a baby lemur with them? awwwwwwwww.
it's as if they can't see us. im serious. they probably think we are moving trees or what
