surprisingly, my lungs have felt good all day. haha crappy anniversary to you, asthma!
although i can't pinpoint when it started, the rest of my body isn't feeling so great. my nose is minorly stuffed up, i've got a headache, and i'm feeling nauseous--typically for me headaches and nausea go hand-in-hand though.
my peak flow dropped to 270 last night--not a big drop, 5% lower than my 290 usual and 77% of my personal best, but it still put me in the 'yellow zone'.
it's been about a month and a half since my last cold kicked in, and probably about a month since it went away. if i am getting sick again, i will not be happy.
. . . i just remembered that floVent [my control medication] can increase your susceptibility to viruses such as colds.
